How do I order? 

Simply go to the catalog page, click the product you would like customized, and fill out the options. Once completed hit add to cart. If you click the cart icon in the top right corner,  it will guide you to your order. This is where you can choose your payment method and complete the ordering process. 

 

What is the free gift? 

With your very first order, you will receive a free custom Keychain with a charm we pick personally for you! 

 

What is the turnaround time for the orders?

We start processing your order the day it is placed. Once finished we ship through the United States Postal Service directly to you, so we ask that you give about 1-2 weeks to receive your order if shipping.

If you are local to the Saint Louis area, we do offer delivery. If you choose this method, you will receive your order within 5 business days. 

 

What can I put as the custom text?

For the dog tags we ask that you keep the custom text to a maximum of pet's name, owner name and phone number only.

For the necklaces and bracelets we ask that you keep a 20 character maximum. This can be names, or a small phrase. No emojis or photos please. The only exception may be a heart if you would like.

For the tumblers, small logos or a text maximum of 30 characters is allowed.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE MORE CHARACTERS THERE ARE, THE SMALLER IT WILL HAVE TO BE.
